A Superior Answering Service was established in 1976 when Sandra Black recognized a need for local businesses. Thirty-two years later we have grown into a nationally recognized business serving clients across the United States. Sandra’s original determination to provide quality service at a competitive price allowed us to become the business we are today. Still family owned and operated, we continue to provide quality service at competitive prices.
We are active members of the Association of TeleServices International and Southern Telemessaging Association and believe in supporting the needs of our industry and remaining at the forefront of today’s technology in telemessaging. Our record speaks for itself as we have been nationally recognized for excellence in telemessaging by receiving multiple Awards of Excellence from the Association of TeleServices International.
