A Superior Call Center specializes in Live Answering Service. Our telephone receptionists are available for your clients 24 hours a day. We will answer with company name, take your callers' information, then we relay the message to you
Fax Delivery: Your messages faxed immediately after a call is received. A complete report of messages faxed can be ready at any time.
Email Delivery: You messages sent to one or a list of email accounts.
Pager or Phone Delivery: Your messages can be sent over an alpha-numeric pager or your cell phone.
Operator Delivery: An operator will gladly deliver your messages in report to breakdown each message.
Message Recording: We can provide a voicemail box where you can listen to the recorded conversations between our operators and your clients.
