Our most requested service provides you with telephone
coverage 365 days a year.  Our receptionist answers your calls with your company name.  We take your caller’s name, phone number, message and any other information you request.  We then relay the call to you via email, text message, fax or special calling instructions.

Voice Mail

Voice mail can provide a cost effective solution with additional benefits over an answering machine.  Callers can receive a pre-recorded message with options to leave a message, go to individual mailboxes or press 0 for our live receptionist.  After messages are received you can be notified via phone, pager or email.

     • Receipt and forwarding of faxes to your email 
     • Follow me service – callers are placed on hold and
